Executive Home Improvement was started as a business entity in 1998. The company is a direct outgrowth of Sprayco Painting which was has been in business in the Kansas City area since 1982. Our customers became increasingly disappointed in services provided by other contractors who were hired to provide services to be completed before the painting process could begin. For example a remodeling company would not have installed new windows before Sprayco personnel arrived to paint thus delaying the project and adding additional costs.

We at Sprayco decided to step up and do the work that others should have already completed. Our customers were so pleased with our work that the size and scope of our contracted projects gradually increased and it became necessary to start a separate company to fulfill our customers’ needs.

What makes EHI your best choice? It’s simple. We do 95% of the work on your projects with our own personnel. Very little of the work is subcontracted to other companies. This saves you time and money because we can control all aspects of the scheduling and quality of the work. There is no waiting for the plumber or the trim guy.

Obviously, quality at a reasonable cost is what you want and we provide it, however we go beyond quality. We realize that we are guests in your home and as such we must be good guests. We do so by being careful when moving your personal items and furniture. We also know that at the end of the day, the last thing you want to come home to is a dusty mess. We clean our jobsites everyday before we leave and always protect the rest of your home from the work process.
